Reservation Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified during the booking process.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the check-in date to avoid charges. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged one night’s stay.
Amendments: Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Check-in Time: 3:00 PM
Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
Early Check-in and Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Policy
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.

4. Guest Responsibilities
Identification: Valid identification is required at check-in.
Behavior: Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the property, staff, and other guests.
Damage: Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property.
5. Hotel Services
Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed internet is available throughout the hotel.
Parking: Free on-site parking is available for guests.
Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping services are provided.
6. Special Requests
Requests: Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
7. Liability
Valuables: The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables. Guests are advised to use in-room safes.
Personal Injury: The hotel is not liable for accidents or injuries sustained on the property unless due to the hotel’s negligence.
